Commercial Burglary/Auto Theft – 5:27 a.m. – 5600 block of Corporate Avenue – Occurred sometime over the weekend, an unknown suspect gained entry to the business via an air vent and stole approximately $70,000.00 worth of tools and equipment. In addition, a grey 2011 Ford F-150 was stolen from the parking lot.
Transient – 6:41 p.m. – 8700 block of Walker St. – From a call for service regarding a transient setting up camp in a park, a male subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Traffic Collision – 2:44 a.m. – 6500 block of Manzanita – A male subject was arrested for DUI after he struck the brick wall.
Auto Theft – 9:48 a.m. – 5700 block of Saint Ann Ave. – An unknown suspect stole the victim’s red 1997 Chevrolet from the area. Officers received a Lo-Jack hit and located the vehicle in front of a residence.

Grand Theft from a Vehicle – 11:09 a.m. – 5600 block of Vonnie – Sometime between 9:00 a.m. on June 9 and time of call, an unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter from the victim’s Ford F350 truck.
Bike Stop – 11:46 p.m. – 6200 block of Lincoln Ave. – From a bicycle stop, a male subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and providing false identification.

Mail Theft – 6:16 a.m. – Orangewood / Holder – Approximately 2 a.m., a male suspect was captured on video opening several mailboxes in the neighborhood in an effort to steal mail. The suspect was described as male wearing a hoodie sweatshirt and long shorts. A report was taken for the victim’s stolen mail, but there are likely other unidentified victims.
Vandalism – 7:35 a.m. – 6200 block of Ball Rd. – Sometime overnight an unknown suspect smashed the front door window, but entry was not made. No loss and property damage only.
Missing Adult – 12:49 p.m. – 6700 block of Tahiti – A transient subject was reported missing by his mother after he failed to check in with probation officer or respond to her phone and Facebook messages.
Vehicle Burglary – 8:39 p.m. – 5300 block of Oxford Dr. – Between June 18 and June 19, 2020, an unknown suspect broke into the victim’s vehicle by unknown means, stole two iPads, and other miscellaneous property valued at over $1500.00.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery – 2:06 a.m. – 5600 block of Lincoln Ave. – The victim tracked his reported stolen 2012 Mercedes C250 via GPS to a parking lot. Upon officers arrival, the vehicle was found parked and occupied. A subject was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of prescription medication.
Assault/Battery – 9:44 a.m. – 6800 block of Katella Ave. – A male customer started an argument with a female customer, which escalated to a mutual combat. The male fled the store and drove away in a white pickup truck prior to our arrival. The male was described as wearing a gray hoodie and a bandana covering his face. The female suffered a small injury to her finger, a report was taken.

Occupied Vehicle Check – 10:44 a.m. – 11100 block of Knott Ave. – From an occupied vehicle check, a female subject was arrested for possession of a methamphetamine smoking pipe.
Petty Theft – 11:38 a.m. – 5500 block of Ball Rd. – The reporting party called to report that a Hispanic male wearing a mask fled with store with approximately $300.00 worth of merchandise.
Stolen Vehicle – 2:36 p.m. – 4000 block of Ball Rd. – The victim called to report their white, 2008, Ford F250 had been stolen from the location.
