California Governor Newsom proclaims July 4, 2020 as Independence Day

On July 3, 2020, California Governor Gavin Newsom issued a proclamation declaring Saturday, July 4, 2020 as an official State holiday in celebration of Independence Day, when the United States of America declared their independence from Great Britain.
