September 21, 2020

Grand Theft – 7:33 a.m. – 9000 block of Walker St. – Occurred on 09/18/20 between 1:15 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. A suspect stole a pressure washer valued at $1,200.00. The suspect was caught on surveillance.
Domestic Violence – 10:05 p.m. – 4100 block of Elizabeth Court – Officers were dispatched to the location
regarding a domestic violence investigation. Officers arrested a female subject for domestic violence after she kicked her boyfriend in the face.

September 22, 2020

Commercial Burglary – 10:36 a.m. – 4900 block of Lincoln Ave. – Occurred overnight, an unknown suspect(s) broke into the business and stole two iPad’s and the cash drawer with a total loss of $1750.
Burglary – 1:25 p.m. – 5600 block of Newman – Between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., an unknown suspect broke into the victim’s residence and stole $12,000 in jewelry. Blood evidence was obtained at the scene.
Grand Theft – 1:59 p.m. – 9000 block of Bloomfield – An unknown suspect(s) took $2,300 from a locked container in the victim’s room while she was away on vacation between 09/10/20 and 09/21/20.
2228 hours – 52XX Lincoln Ave. — missing juvenile – Today at 2000 hours, a female ran
away from home. No suspicious circumstances.

September 23, 2020

Vehicle Burglary – 12:21 p.m. – 11300 block of Grand Manan – Between 9/21/20 and 9/23/20, an unknown suspect broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole miscellaneous property valued at $210.
Incident Report – 7:51 p.m. – 8600 block of Watson St. – A subject was walking in the west parking lot at Arnold Cypress Park when he tripped on a parking block.

September 24, 2020

Domestic Violence – 3:46 p.m. – 4900 block of Katella Ave. – A male subject was arrested for domestic violence after he struck his live-in boyfriend numerous times in the face, causing visible injuries. An emergency protection order was issued/served.
Traffic Stop – 6:40 p.m. – Lincoln/Walker – From a traffic stop, a male subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Traffic Stop – 11:59 p.m. – Cerritos/Moody – From a bicycle stop, a male subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

September 25, 2020

Burglary – 2:47 a.m. – 4400 block of Cerritos Ave. – Officers responded to the location regarding a burglary alarm. Officers located forced entry to the north door. Suspects made entry and forced open the office door. Suspects stole $200.00 in cash.
Robbery – 11:05 a.m. – 10000 block of Valley View St. – Officers responded to the store regarding a male and female who had just committed a theft. During the commission of the theft, the male assaulted one employee and the female assaulted a second employee.

September 26, 2020

Grand Theft from a Vehicle – 2:46 p.m. – Holder/Lakeshore – Between 1:40 p.m. and 2:20 p.m., while the victim shopped at the swap meet, an unknown suspect entered his unlocked
van and stole a laptop computer and the car battery, loss was $1400.
Traffic Stop – 10:18 p.m. – Lincoln/Sumner – From a traffic stop, a male subject was arrested for identity theft and possession of heroin.

September 27, 2020

Hit and Run – 2:33 a.m. – 5900 block of Corporate – An unknown suspect collided into three parked vehicles in the parking lot and fled the scene.
Vehicle Burglary – 2:49 p.m. – 9200 block of Valley View St. – Between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. an unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger window of the victim’s Scion and stole $6000 worth of tools.
