Working Wardrobes VetNet program invites you to their film screening of Above the Best

Hello there. My name is Michael Barrett and I am a combat-wounded veteran from the United States Marine Corps with over 20 years of service. Today, I am Director of the Working Wardrobes VetNet program where I am committed to helping my military brothers and sisters achieve meaningful employment and the Power of a Paycheck after service.

I’m personally inviting you to an important film screening of Above the Best – a documentary that features Apache Fighter Pilot, Dan Flores, and his yearlong deployment to the most dangerous valley in Afghanistan. This meaningful film demonstrates the challenges our service men and women face during battle. VetNet helps them overcome many additional challenges to find jobs here at home.

We received numerous phone calls and emails from those who were moved by Above the Best when we screened it in 2019, and that’s why we wanted to share this incredible film once again.

Please join me on Friday, November 6th at 7:00pm PST for this free, online event when we will be joined by panelists Harry Humphries, former U.S. Navy SEAL and Co-founder and Lifetime Executive Director of VetNet; Jerri Rosen, founder and CEO of Working Wardrobes; David Salzberg, director and producer of many compelling military documentaries including Above the Best; and former service men and women who will weigh in on the challenges veterans face after dedicating their lives to serving our country. We will email you a link to the live event in the coming weeks.

Please say you’ll join us by submitting your RSVP below. Your support is so very critical to our mission.
