Cypress Soroptimist has been a force in the community for 38 years. Our mission is to improve the lives of women and girls by supporting programs leading to social and economic empowerment. One of our signature programs is SMART GIRLS offered in conjunction with the Boys and Girls Club of Cypress. Cypress Soroptimist sponsors and volunteers as mentors for this 10 week program for girls. We conduct a Dream It Be It workshop for 7th grade girls to aid good decision making. Plus we have scholarships to local HS graduating seniors and grants to local agencies. We currently meet in the park to the left of the Community Center at noon the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Bring a chair and wear your mask.
