Our Adult Winter Reading Challenge begins February 1 and runs through February 28! Adults 18 years of age and older can read books or listen to audiobooks and write reviews for a chance to win a self-care starter kit! These prizes will include fun items that will help you relax and take care of yourself. For each finished title, participants will be asked to write a brief review for a chance to win a prize. Our Read-to-Me A to Z Reading Program is for children ages 0-6 and their grown-ups. Please register your child(ren) and read one picture book for each letter of the alphabet according to the first letter of the author’s last name. Everything is coming up roses! The Master Gardeners of Orange County will be back to teach us how to care for our rose gardens with their virtual Beginning Rose Care presentation on Saturday, February 27 at 1 p.m. This presentation covers the basics: selection, planting, care and feeding, integrated pest management and pruning.
