February 8, 2021

Domestic Violence – 12:56 a.m. – 6100 block of Lincoln Ave. – The victim reported that her ex-boyfriend threw a bicycle at her during an argument. The suspect fled the location prior to officers arriving.
Burglary – 6:27 a.m. – 4400 block of Avenida Granada – A female subject was arrested for burglary after she was found in the victim’s residence with property in hand.
Residential Burglary – 5:05 p.m. – 9600 block of Augusta – On 02/07/21 at approximately 11:58 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle, which was parked in the driveway and opened the garage door to her residence. The suspect entered the garage and exited a few minutes later and is seen walking down the street. The incident was captured on a neighbor’s surveillance video. The loss is approximately $1200 in personal items.

February 9, 2021

Arrest – 6:52 a.m. – 10000 block of Valley View St. – From a call for service, a female subject was arrested for outstanding San Bernardino warrants, along with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Traffic Stop – 6:52 p.m. – Katella/Holder – From a traffic stop, one subject was arrested for warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia. A second subject was also arrested for an outstanding warrant.

February 10, 2021

Stolen Vehicle – 2:37 p.m. – 4900 block of Katella Ave. – On 2/9/21, between 5:45 and 6:45 a.m., an unknown suspect stole a maintenance truck. The white 2011 Ford Ranger had emblems on both doors, but no plates.
Theft – 5:34 p.m. – 9800 block of Walker St. – Between 4:20 p.m. and the time of call, an unknown suspect broke into the victim’s locker and stole her backpack containing her vehicle keys. When the victim walked to her vehicle, she noticed the vehicle was stolen.

February 11, 2021

Residential Burglary – 12:09 p.m. – 11300 block of Tortuga St. – Within the last week, an unknown suspect smashed the rear slider and gained entry into the home. Unknown loss. There was a camera at the location and they will check it when able.
Arrest – 6:12 p.m. – 6000 block of Lemon – From a call for service of four subjects with a baby, using nitrous oxide inside a parked vehicle, police arrested one subject for child endangerment, possession of nitrous oxide and warrants. A second subject was arrested for child endangerment and possession of nitrous oxide and a third subject for possession of nitrous oxide. CPS responded and took custody of the baby.

February 12, 2021

Assist Outside Agency – 7:25 a.m. – 605 Fwy./Florence Ave. – While checking the area for a stolen vehicle out of Los Alamitos, police located the stolen vehicle at Carson and Norwalk. After additional units arrived, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the 605 Fwy. at the 105 Fwy. The vehicle did not yield and Los Alamitos PD took the primary position of the pursuit and the vehicle exited on Florence Avenue. After a minor collision with uninvolved parties, the vehicle pulled over and the driver fled on foot. The passenger was arrested by Los Alamitos PD and the driver is still outstanding.
Disturbance (Fight) – 11:05 p.m. – 6000 block of Orange Ave. – Officers responded to the 7-Eleven regarding two males fighting. During the investigation, a male subject fled on foot but was captured by police in the center median of Valley View. The subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, false imprisonment, and resisting arrest. A second male subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, heroin, drug paraphernalia and felony domestic violence.

February 13, 2021

Graffiti/Hate Crime – 7:40 a.m. – 9300 block of Moody St – Overnight, an unknown suspect spray-painted on two brick walls at Evergreen Park. The spray paint was yellow in color and had offensive language regarding sexual orientation and race.
Grand Theft – 11:25 a.m. – 5800 block of Lincoln Ave. – On today’s date at approximately 12:56 a.m., an unknown suspect stole 48 propane tanks from lockers in front of the location. The only suspect info is two suspects in an unknown color Ford F150.

February 14, 2021

Grand Theft – 9:56 a.m. – 4400 block of Casa Grande – Between 2/13/21 at 1 p.m. and time of
call, an unknown suspect cut the lock of a truck bed and stole two Ridgid plumbing cameras and tools, valued at $24,000.00. The victim’s vehicle was parked on Denni Street, along the west curbline.
Vehicle Burglary – 10:20 a.m. – 9300 block of Holder St. – Between 2/13/21 at 10:00 p.m. and 2/14/21 at 10:00 a.m., unknown suspect smashed the window of the victim’s vehicle and stole the security gate remote control.
