February 22, 2021

Graffiti – 10:45 a.m. – 5400 block of Myra – Sometime over the weekend, unknown suspects used blue paint to graffiti the school campus with racist, derogatory words.
Burglary – 1:47 p.m. – 6300 block of Lincoln Ave. – Sometime last night, an unknown suspect entered the business via a front door window smash and stole a laptop, coffee machine and audio system.

February 23, 2021

Hit and Run Collision – 7:41 a.m. – Walker/Cerritos – An officer was flagged down by the victim of a non-injury hit and run traffic collision. During follow-up, a bumper was located with the license plate that had belonged to the suspect’s vehicle. The vehicle was not located during follow-up and is still outstanding.
Arrest – 2:22 p.m. – 5400 block of Katella Ave. – From a call for service, a male subject was arrested for assault and battery.

February 24, 2021

Vandalism – 2:09 a.m. – 10200 block of Valley View St. – From a call for service of a burglary alarm, officers located a window smash to the east entry glass door. An unknown suspect smashed the bottom half of one of the front glass doors, but did not make entry to the business as the second set of entry doors were still locked and secured.
Graffiti – 6:20 a.m. – 8500 block of La Salle – Sometime overnight an unknown suspect painted graffiti in numerous locations on both private and public property.
Vehicle Burglary – 8:45 a.m. – 5600 block of Mildred – Sometime between 5 p.m. on Tuesday and time of call, an unknown suspect accessed the victim’s vehicle, possibly via an electronic fob cloning device and stole work keys and audio equipment.

February 25, 2021

Traffic Stop – 3:26 p.m. – 6900 block of Katella Ave. – From a traffic stop, officers arrested a male subject for possession of heroin for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrest – 11:22 p.m. – 5700 block of Lincoln Ave. – From a call for service, officers arrested a male subject for trespassing after he entered the fenced RV lot and was found inside a motorhome.

February 26, 2021

Traffic Stop – 9:45 a.m. – Lincoln/Walker – From a traffic stop, a male subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a warrant. A second male subject was also arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Catalytic Converter Theft – 5:02 p.m. – 9300 block of Holder St. – Between February 23, 20221 and time of call, an unknown suspect the catalytic converter from the victim’s 2001 Acura.

February 27, 2021

Attempted Burglary – 12:30 a.m. – 5400 block of Lincoln Ave. – Between 12 a.m. and 3 a.m., an
unknown suspect smashed the front door, but was unable to make entry. No loss was reported.
Graffiti – 2:26 a.m. – 8700 block of La Salle St. – Between 6 p.m. and time of call, an unknown suspect spray painted in black spray paint on apartment walls, garage doors, curbs, and blocks walls in numerous locations on La Salle Street between Crescent and Merten.

February 28, 2021

Petty Theft – 10:07 a.m. – 9200 block of Valley View St. – From a call of a petty theft, a subject was arrested for petty theft under a private person’s arrest.
Residential Burglary – 5:40 p.m. – 9600 block of Westbourne Ct. – Between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the victim’s residence while it was being fumigated and ransacked the residence. There were no signs of forced entry. The loss was unknown at the time of the report due to officers not being able to make entry into the residence due to fumigation.
