The Orange County Registrar of Voters just released the first results in today’s election to fill the vacancy in the Second District for the Orange County Board of Supervisors.
These first results are for mail-in ballots, 90,236 of 395,296 registered voters.
Katrina Foley is ahead of John Moorlach. If these results carry through counting the remaining ballots, the other Republicans will succeed in splitting the vote and handing the election to Foley.
