Submissions now accepted for Buena Park Middle and High School Art Show

The Buena Park Middle and High School Art Show is open to seventh through twelfth-grade high school students who attend school in Buena Park and neighboring cities. Entries must be submitted through the student’s school. Not open to after-school art programs or private instruction classes.

Student’s artwork must fall in the following categories; oil/acrylic, watercolor, ink, charcoal/pencil/pastel, 2D mixed media, photography, or utility box art.

All artwork on paper must be mounted on mat board or poster board. Work that is on canvas or framed must have wiring on the back and be ready to hang. Work that is not matted, mounted, or wired will not be accepted.

Students are allowed to enter a maximum of two submissions, but may only place with one entry. For the utility box art, students must use a template that can be found on BuenaPark.com or e-mailed to them by e-mailing [email protected]. Submissions must be in 300 DPI or higher.

Submissions will be accepted from March 10 through April 14, 2021. The Art Show will run from April 19 through May 25, 2021, with a special video on May 12, 2021.
