New Cypress Police Department patrol officer earns March 2021 Case of the Month

Three months later Officer Arana earned Patrol Officer Case of the Month for March 2021. Good work, newbie!

According to the CYPD Facebook page, the case involved working with Cypress detectives to identify a subject wanted for tagging Cypress neighborhoods for two months.

Officer Arana’s investigation ultimately led to the issuance of a search warrant and the arrest of a suspect for felony vandalism.

For his hard work, he earned Patrol Case of the Month for March 2021.
