Rancho Los Cerritos’ historic adobe home now open to the public

We are pleased to announce that the historic adobe home is now open to the public!

As we welcome you back, the safety and well-being of our staff and visitors are our top priority. You must either RSVP to visit in advance or provide your contact information when you check in at the visitor center. At this time, only the ground floor of the adobe home will reopen, but the upstairs can be experienced through a virtual tour on a tablet inside the home.

Visit the home and gardens Wednesday – Sunday from 1-5 pm, with extended hours on Saturdays from 10 am-5 pm. Visitors can explore the gardens, enter the adobe home, picnic, go on a scavenger hunt, and enjoy history.

History has taught us that even during the most difficult times, we must protect and treasure our cultural institutions. Rancho Los Cerritos staff will continue to protect the historic voice of the diverse people who shaped Southern California. Thank you for being a part of that story.

RSVP to visit the adobe home here.
