May 3, 2021

Commercial Burglary – 12:54 a.m. – 5300 block of Lincoln Ave. – Officers responded regarding a burglary alarm at the location and located a west door window smash. The metal security gate had also been cut with what appeared to be bolt cutters. The owner responded but was unable to determine a loss.
Terrorist Threats – 8:33 a.m. – 9200 block of Valley View St. – The college received an email threat of violence over the recent release of a viral video depicting anti-police sentiment. The college voluntarily closed its campus for the day as a precaution and sent employees home.

May 4, 2021

Patrol Check – 2:44 a.m. – 4400 block of Casa Grande Cir. – During a patrol check of the Casa Grande Apartments, a male subject was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.
Arrest – 9:30 p.m. – 6200 block of Lincoln Ave. – From a knock-and-talk, a male subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

May 5, 2021

Vehicle Burglary – 6:28 a.m. – 5800 block of Newman St. – Two male suspects broke into the victim’s van, through a window smash, and stole miscellaneous tools, a generator, and paint sprayer.
Burglary Report – 8:25 a.m. – 10000 block of Meridian – At 5:20 a.m., an unknown suspect broke into the business. There was no loss, but approximately $5K worth of damage.

May 6, 2021

Vehicle Burglary – 6:22 a.m. – 5500 block of Crescent Ave. – Occurred overnight, an unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole miscellaneous personal property.
Burglary – 5:55 p.m. – 6100 block of Ball Rd. – Between an unknown time frame, an unknown suspect pried open five storage sheds.

May 7, 2021

Stolen Motorcycle – 8:17 a.m. – 4400 block of Case Grande Cir. – Occurred between 05/06/21 at 7 p.m. and 05/07/21 at 8 a.m., the victim’s black motorcycle was stolen.
Grand Theft – 10:44 p.m. – 11000 block of Valley View St. – Between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., an unknown suspect stole a catalytic converter.

May 8, 2021

Arrest – 2:55 p.m. – 5800 block of Lincoln Ave. – While officers were at the location investigating two traffic collisions, two male subjects and female subject began to video tape the officers as they worked. Two arrived on scene and the male subjects ran over to them and began to engage and threaten them. One officer attempted to drive away but was blocked by an uninvolved vehicle. While stopped, the older male subject ran over to the vehicle and attempted to assault/punch the officer through the window. Officers exited the vehicle and arrested the subject for violence towards an officer. While he was getting arrested, the younger male subject and the female subject began to impede on officers and at one point, the younger male subject lunged at an officer and was taken into custody for violence towards an officer. No injuries to involved parties.
Pedestrian Check – 9:26 p.m. – 10900 block of Meridian Dr. – From a pedestrian check, a male subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

May 9, 2021

Traffic Collision – 3:23 p.m. – 6500 block of Grand Manan – From a call for service of a non-injury traffic collision, a male subject was arrested for DUI (prescription drugs).
