Parcel map for condominium project on Denni Street in consent calendar for Cypress Council

According to the published agenda for the regular Cypress City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, June 14, 2021 a final parcel map for a condominium project at 9052 Denni Street is included as Item #12 in the consent calendar, and is expected to be approved by the Council. The parcel map will be recorded by the City Clerk once it is approved.

A parcel map is required to build condominiums under the California Subdivision Map Act. This lot is 0.29 acres and is currently occupied by a single-family residence. Tooba Development, LLC, is planning to construct three condominiums.
