June 14, 2021

Catalytic Converter Theft – 6:55 a.m. – 9200 block of Bloomfield – Sometime between 9:30 p.m. Sunday and 6:30 a.m. today, an unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter from the victim’s 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe.
Traffic Stop – 11:01 p.m. – 5900 block of Corporate – From a vehicle stop at the listed location, Officers arrested one male subject for a misdemeanor warrant, and a second male subject was arrested for a felony warrant.

June 15, 2021

Traffic Stop – 1:19 p.m. – Lincoln/Holder – From a traffic stop, Officers arrested a male subject for a warrant, and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also arrested a second subject for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shoplifting Investigation – 6:52 p.m. – 6800 block of Katella Ave. – Officers were dispatched to
regarding a shoplifting that occurred. Two male suspects were captured on video surveillance stealing two items.

June 16, 2021

Theft from a Vehicle – 8:40 a.m. – 4200 block of Avenida Madrid – Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle (no force) and stole her purse containing a wallet and precious metals. The loss was valued at over $950.
Burglary – 9:00 a.m. – 5300 block of Lincoln Ave. – At approximately 3:20 a.m., an unknown male suspect made entry into the building by tunneling through a rear wall of the business. The loss included $100 in merchandise.
Welfare Check – 3:30 p.m. – 6800 block of Breton Wy. – From a welfare check, officers discovered the elderly couple were in need of care and resources. OC Adult Protective Services were contacted and dispatched a social worker to respond to assess and provide resources.

June 17, 2021

Stolen Vehicle – 4:52 a.m. – 5300 block of Lincoln Ave. –The victim reported that his female “friend” took his keys and stole his green, 2008 Volkswagen while he was sleeping. The victim supported prosecution.
Disturbance (Family) – 3:35 p.m. – 9300 block of Valley View St. – The full shift responded for a suspect who family members said was agitated and yelling. When officers arrived, he was calm and complied with commands.
Residential Burglary – 5:48 p.m. – 4300 block of Gem Ave. – On 06-17-21, at 12 a.m., an unknown suspect was observed on video surveillance entering the victim’s residence through a side garage door. The loss was approximately $130 in US currency stolen from two vehicles parked in the garage.
Traffic Stop – 7:54 p.m. – Lincoln/Grindlay – From a traffic stop, an Officer observed merchandise with security devices still attached to boxes. It was determined a theft had just occurred. The first male subject was arrested for grand theft; a second male subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance; a female subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia; and a third male subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

June 18, 2021

Structure Fire – 1:44 a.m. – 11000 block of Knott – A kitchen fire was extinguished by OCFA. The interior of the restaurant sustained moderate fire damage. OCFA Arson investigators responded and nothing suspicious was noted.
Disturbance (Family) – 10:07 p.m. – 5300 block of Nelson St. – From a family disturbance call for service, Officers arrested a female subject for felony vandalism after she smashed multiple windows on the victim’s vehicle. The subject was transported and booked at Orange County Jail.

June 19, 2021

Arrest – 1:21 a.m. – Moody/Ball – While checking a disabled vehicle, Officers arrested two female subjects for possession of methamphetamine and heroin. Both females were cited and released in the field.
Vehicle Burglary – 7:48 a.m. – 9600 block of Graham – Between midnight and time of call, an unknown suspect smashed the window of the victim’s vehicle and stole a bag containing $1000 worth of medical equipment.

June 20, 2021

Catalytic Converter Theft – 1:24 p.m. – 4600 block of Cathy – Sometime between 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. today, an unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter from the victim’s 2006 Honda Accord.
Vehicle Theft – 3:48 p.m. – 4600 block of Larwin – At approximately 8:45 a.m., an unknown suspect stole the victim’s gray Chevrolet Silverado. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System.
