Garden Grove Mayor to discuss City’s actions, impact, recovery from pandemic at Wednesday’s virtual State of the City

Garden Grove Mayor Steve Jones will deliver his official address at this year’s State of the City virtual event, hosted by the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce. The event takes place next Wednesday, June 30, 2021, starting at 11:30 a.m. with a virtual networking session, followed by the program at 12:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for Garden Grove Chamber members or $25 for non-chamber members. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

Mayor Jones will discuss the City’s priorities and actions during the global pandemic, as well as the financial, social, and physical impacts on the community. Now, half way through the second year of the pandemic, Mayor Jones will assess the current state of the City, as well as California and the nation, focusing on the City’s outlook for the remainder of the year and start of 2022.
