We have all been through a whirlwind the past 18 months and I’m so glad we’re near to the other side.

Today, our work is more important than ever.

The pandemic had a dramatic impact on everyone, but women have been disproportionately affected, as we are seeing employment rates mirror those of the 1980s.

Dubbed the “She-Cession,” its impact on women has forced them to leave the workforce at excessive rates due to changing work requirements and childcare demands.

Working Wardrobes is proactively addressing these challenges by providing women with new skill sets that will allow them to earn livable wages, while still balancing critical needs in the home.

We invite you to learn more about the work we are doing by registering for our free, three-part web series, open to the public: “The Covid Consequences,” sponsored by Optum.
