July 12, 2021

Vehicle Burglary – 8:02 a.m. – Knott/Orangewood – Between 12:00 p.m. on 7/11 and 7:45 a.m. today, an unknown suspect entered the victims locked vehicle via a passenger window smash and stole two wallets containing $50 cash and $1100 in gift cards.
Vandalism – 8:05 a.m. – 8500 block of La Salle – Sometime between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., an unknown suspect threw a rock through the victim’s son’s window. It is suspected this may be retaliation towards her son for a recent argument he had with multiple subjects in the area.
Robbery – 1:42 p.m. – 5400 block of Katella Ave. – Officers arrested a female subject for robbery after she sprayed the victim with OC spray while trying to avoid detention for a shoplifting case.

July 13, 2021

Arrest – 11:08 a.m. – 5800 block of Lincoln Ave. – From a call for service, employee, a male subject was arrested for embezzlement after Fejarang had stolen cash, merchandise and loaded gift cards.
Catalytic Converter Theft – 2:01 p.m. – Bloomfield/Orange – Sometime between 6p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Monday, an unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter from the victim’s white 2011 Ford van.

July 14, 2021

Injury Traffic Collision – 1:49 p.m. – 4800 block of Katella Ave. – A collision occurred between a passing truck and a boom crane when the boom swung out into traffic. The two boom operators were transported to the hospital with moderate injuries.
Arrest – 2:46 p.m. – 10200 block of Valley View St. – From a call for service, officers arrested a male subject for possession of a controlled substance, and a female subject for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Both arrestees were cited and released.

July 15, 2021

Vehicle Burglary – 6:17 a.m. – 4200 block of Via Largo – Sometime overnight an unknown suspect broke the window of the victim’s truck and stole a backpack containing tools.
Catalytic Converter Theft – 9:17 a.m. – 8400 block of Cedarview – An unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter from the victim’s Prius.

July 16, 2021

Suspicious Subjects – 6:49 a.m. – 6100 block of Stonehaven Ln. – From a call for service involving two subjects casing vehicles in the area, officers detained a male subject and a female subject. Following a probation search of their room, the female subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Injury Report – 10:59 a.m. -= Walker/Marion – An 84-year-old male became dizzy while sitting on a cinder block wall and fell onto city owned sidewalk. He suffered a laceration to his head.
Grand Theft – 1:53 p.m. – 9000 block of Moody St. – Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect cut and removed the catalytic converter from the victim’s 2004 Honda Accord. Loss was valued at $1,200.00.

July 17, 2021

Disturbance (Subjects) – 8:34 p.m. – 5000 block of Ball Rd. – From a call for service regarding two subjects arguing in the parking lot, two subjects were arrested for possession of nitrous oxide.

July 18, 2021

Bike Stop – 12:30 a.m. – Lincoln/Los Altos – From a bike stop, a male subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Injury Traffic Collision – 1:34 p.m. – 5400 block of Cerritos Ave. – A male subject was injured after he struck the curb and fell off his bike.
