Los Alamitos/Seal Beach Rotary proudly presents the 29th Annual Kid’s Fishing Derby, open to all youth through 15 years of age.
This event will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Seal Beach Pier. Free registration will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., with the tournament running from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Bait will be provided at no cost. The procedure is catch, weigh, and release. Trophies and prizes will awarded for the largest fish caught. Participants can bring their own gear or borrow gear courtesy of California Fish and Wildlife.
The Seal Beach Lions Club will provide a free pancake breakfast.
