CHP issues Endangered Missing Advisory for 25-year-old man with Down Syndrome

The California Highway Patrol has activated an Emergency Missing Advisory on behalf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for At-Risk/Missing Person Carlos Martinez.

Martinez is 25 years old, 5’5″ tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on August 20, 2021 at approximately 7:25 a.m. Elizabeth Ave. at Long Beach Blvd. in Lynwood. Martinez is a 25-year-old Hispanic male with Down Syndrome. Martinez is believed to be on a scooter, wearing a gray shirt, tan pants, and carries a black, yellow, and blue shoelaces in his hands.

  2. I seen this person yesterday like around 12 am walking on Rosecrans ave crossing Long Beach Blvd heading on Long Beach Blvd going tours Compton Blvd I think he had a orange scooter
