Garden Grove to open cooling center on Saturday, September 4

The City of Garden Grove’s public cooling center, located at the H. Louis Lake Senior Center, will open tomorrow, Saturday, September 4, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., due to temperatures forecast to exceed 95 degrees. The center is located at 11300 Stanford Avenue.

Out of courtesy to others, face masks and social distancing will be required. To protect the health and safety of the public, please do not attend if you have been sick or have been in contact with someone who is feeling sick or exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms.
