September 20, 2021

Traffic Stop – 1:59 a.m. – Orange/Valley View – From a traffic stop, a female subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Vehicle Burglary – 7:07 a.m. – 9900 block of Holder St. – Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect smashed the passenger side window of the victims vehicle and stole miscellaneous property valued at approximately $850.

September 21, 2021

Theft – 5:40 p.m. – 5800 block of Lincoln Ave. – During a theft in progress, officers arrested two female subjects for shoplifting. Both were cited and released in the field.
Theft – 7:10 p.m. – 6800 block of Katella Ave. – Officers were dispatched to location regarding a known suspect leaving the business with a cart full of baby formula. The suspect was seen leaving the area in a vehicle and was stopped by officers a short distance away. Officers arrested the subject for grand theft, and a second subject was also arrested for warrants.

September 22, 2021

Commercial Burglary – 2:40 a.m. – 11700 block of Valley View St. – Two males were seen on video surveillance breaking the front glass door and trying to cut the lock on the security gate. They were unable to make entry beyond the security gate. Suspect #1 was a male wearing a black mask, khaki pants, long sleeve white shirt, and suspect #2 was a male (no further details). They were seen arriving in a dark four door sedan
Grand Theft – 9:11 a.m. – 9200 block of Bloomfield Ave. – Between 09-21-21 at 8 p.m. and the time of call, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s catalytic converter from his Toyota Prius, which was parked at the complex. No suspect information.

September 23, 2021

Assist Outside Agency – 2:58 a.m. – Maple/Howard (Los Alamitos) – Cypress Police Officers assisted Los Alamitos Police Department with a felony car stop for a stolen vehicle. Three suspects were taken into custody without incident.
Bike Stop – 8:12 p.m. – 8900 block of Valley View St. – From bicycle stop, Officers arrested a male subject for an outstanding warrant and possession of a switchblade knife.

September 24, 2021

Arrest – 5:10 a.m. – 10400 block of Aurelia – From a call for service, Officers arrested a male subject for DUI after he crashed his vehicle into a bush at the above location.
Grand Theft – 12:04 p.m. – 5900 block of Corporate – An unknown suspect stole approximately $2000 from the victim’s backpack inside of her room. No suspect information.

September 25, 2021

Suspicious Subject – 1:37 a.m. – 8700 block of Belday St. – From a suspicious person call for service, police arrested a male subject for an outstanding no-bail narcotics warrant and possession of a controlled substance.
Arrest – 5:20 a.m. – 5900 block of Corporate – From a call for service, police arrested arrested a female subject for domestic violence and a male subject for domestic violence and narcotic charges. There were no visible injuries to either party; both were absentee booked and transported to Orange County Jail.

September 26, 2021

Suspicious Vehicle – 7:58 a.m. – 6200 block of Lee – From a suspicious vehicle call, a 2005 Ford F350 truck was recovered after it was determined to be stolen out of the city of Long Beach on 07/23/21. The vehicle was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System and towed from the scene at the request of the registered owner.
Water Problem – 8:32 a.m. – 11100 block of Hope – From a call for service regarding a water problem, it was determined several back flow valves were stolen from both businesses. The approximate loss is $4000. Police were unable to reach an emergency contact at either business; however, business cards were left.
Grand Theft – 9:09 a.m. – 10600 block Bloomfield – A witness observed a male subject under a vehicle, possibly “welding”. The male subject was seen getting into a silver vehicle and traveling southbound on Bloomfied. It was determined the subject stole the victim’s catalytic converter. Officers were unable to locate the subject on an area check.
