City of Cypress requests bids on landscape maintenance at new park

The City of Cypress has posted a notice seeking bids on Landscape maintenance for the new park now under construction on the southeast corner of Lexington Drive and Cerritos Avenue. The official project identification for the bid is Lexington Park Landscape Maintenance Services.

Contract documents may be obtained via electronic mail free of charge by calling (714) 229-6760 or emailing [email protected].

Those interested in submitting a bid must email the bid to [email protected]. The bid must be received no later than Wednesday, November 3 at 10 a.m. All bids will be opened and read aloud on Wednesday, Novemver 3 at 10 a.m. by teleconferencing.

Attendance at an information meeting prior to submission of bids is required. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20 at the work site, Lexington Park, located at 4600 West Cerritos Avenue in Cypress. The park entrance is off of Cerritos Avenue east of Lexington Drive. Attendees must sign in and out, and must attend for at least 30 minutes. Safety vests are required.

Only contractors that attend the pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit a bid.

All bids must be submitted on a City-furnished form.

The park is being built on land donated by Los Alamitos Race Course.
