Trauma Intervention Program of Orange County is looking for caring people who want to be part of a team of volunteers who provide emotional first aid and practical support to survivors of traumatic events. TIP Volunteers are called to emergency scenes by police officers, firefighters, and paramedics to:
- Comfort family members after a sudden death.
- Provide caring support after a suicide.
- Help witnesses after a traumatic event.
- Be there for those emotionally shaken after traffic accidents.
TIP Volunteer Training Academy Schedule: January 2022
No experience is necessary, but completion of all TIP Training Academy dates is required.

First monthly Mandatory CE Meeting Wednesday, February 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Graduation will be held Monday, April 4, at 7:00 p.m.
The mandatory continuing education meetings are always on the second Wednesday of every month. Mark your calendar!
