The community is invited to attend the Saturday, December 11, 2021, Long Beach Republican Women Federated holiday breakfast meeting to hear Anders Corey discuss COVID and mental issues that are affecting Los Angeles County residents. Corey currently serves as the Health Deputy for Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger, who represents the Fifth Supervisorial District. In this capacity, he oversees the COVID response for the supervisor, as well as mental health policy, and managing Barger’s political strategy.
Anders is a graduate of Biola University where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Humanities before going on to receive his Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. Having dedicated his career to the betterment of the community and the advancement of conservative ideals and values, he looks forward to discussing these topical issues with like-minded conservatives.
The December holiday meeting will also include installation of the club’s 2022 board of directors by Ben Goldberg. Goldberg is a third generation Southern California/Long Beach native and chairman of Long Beach Area Republicans.
Conveniently held at The Grand in Long Beach (4101 E. Willow Street), the morning meeting includes information that would benefit all members of the community. Registration starts at 9 a.m. with a scrumptious breakfast served at 9:30 a.m. The cost is just $30 for members and $35 for non-members and there is free parking and the delicious plated breakfast.
In addition to Corey’s informative presentation, the breakfast meeting offers like-minded women and men an opportunity to learn more about Republican Women Federated and how they can be part of America’s largest grassroots organization. For information and reservations:
