MANNHEIM STEAMROLLER CHRISTMAS BY CHIP DAVIS, which features the band’s favorite holiday music, is still selling out shows after more than three decades. The production features state-of-the-art multimedia effects in an intimate setting. It is directed by Grammy winner Davis, who co-produces the performances with MagicSpace Entertainment.

In 1984, the neoclassical New Age group released Mannheim Steamroller Christmas, an album that changed the sounds of Christmas. Already a multi-Platinum recording artist through Mannheim Steamroller’s Fresh Aire series, Davis decided to record an album of holiday music that combined the group’s signature mix of Renaissance instruments with Rock ‘n’ Roll beats. The resulting album was a runaway hit, and the band became one of the biggest-selling Christmas music acts in history.

Mannheim Steamroller Christmas showcases holiday classics and compositions from Davis’ groundbreaking Fresh Aire series. Complete with dazzling multimedia effects, the show celebrates the 30 th anniversary of the first Christmas album and 40 years since the first Fresh Aire album, which introduced Mannheim Steamroller’s distinctive sound to America.
