Tonynho Zueleta was last seen on December 16, 2021 at approximately 10:30 a.m. at the Speech and Language Center, 8699 Holder Street, in Buena Park. Zueleta is developmentally disabled. He is believed to be on foot and wearing a gray sweater, black pants, and black and white shoes.
