December 13, 2021

Vehicle Burglary – 10:45 a.m. – 5000 block of Lincoln Ave. – Between 10:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m., an unknown suspect forced entry into the victim’s 2005 white Chevrolet Silverado and stole tools valued at $1000.00.
Catalytic Converter Theft – 1:23 p.m. – 10800 block of Walker St. – Between 12-10-21 and time of call, an unknown suspect stole the catalytic converter from the victim’s white Honda.

December 14, 2021

Robbery – 4:09 p.m. – 11500 block of Cozumel St. – The victim was approached by two male Hispanics who demanded the victim’s keys, wallet, and phone. An altercation ensued between the victim and the suspects. The suspects fled the location with the victim’s cellphone in a blue BMW convertible.
Burglary – 6:09 p.m. – 9800 block of Bloomfield – Sometime between yesterday at 7 p.m. and today at 6 p.m., the lock was cut on the victim’s carport storage unit. Three bicycles and a drone were stolen, valued at $2000.00. There was no suspect information.
Violation of a Court Order – 6:53 p.m. – 4800 block of Myra – From a call for service regarding a restraining order violation, a male subject was arrested for violation of a court order and possession of a dagger.

December 15, 2021

Burglary – 10:17 a.m. – 9200 block of Walker St. – At approximately 5:30 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the victim’s garage and stole a purse and its contents. The suspect used the victim’s credit card at the Chevron gas station at Valley View and Cerritos. Follow-up is being conducted by officers.
Arrest – 8:36 p.m. – 5400 block of Katella Ave. – From a call for service, police arrested two female subject for shoplifting after they stole forty-two bottles of Tylenol. The subjects were cited and released.

December 16, 2021

Traffic Stop – 10:54 p.m. – Lincoln/Valley View – From a traffic stop, police arrested a male subject for a driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released in the field.

December 17, 2021

Traffic Stop – 7:13 a.m. – Valley View/Lincoln – From a traffic stop, police arrested a male subject for failure to yield and being an unlicensed driver. The subject had led police on a mile-long failure to yield and displayed bizarre irrational behavior when called out of the vehicle during the high-risk car stop. The subject was cited and released in the field.
Grand Theft – 9:36 a.m. – 9800 block of Anzio Ct. – Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole a hockey bag containing equipment and clothing. The loss was estimated to be $3500.
Grand Theft – 12:07 p.m. – 5700 block of Lincoln Ave. – Sometime over the past 4 months, an unknown suspect stole $6,200 worth of electronic equipment from a stored boat.
Vehicle Burglary – 7:26 p.m. – 4900 block of Katella Ave. – A witness observed two females breaking into a vehicle in the parking lot and then leaving westbound on Katella. The witness followed until officers arrived. After a subsequent investigation, police arrested two subjects for vehicle burglary, possession of stolen property, burglary tools and conspiracy. A total of four victims were located at 24 Hour Fitness, and their property was returned. The two subjects were absentee booked and transported to Orange County Jail.
Warrant Service – 9:28 p.m. – 6300 block of Lincoln Ave. – Detectives served a search warrant at the location, which resulted in four arrests and the seizure of a gaming machine, cash, narcotics and two loaded firearms.

December 18, 2021

Arrest – 8:04 a.m. – 5700 block of Cathy – From a call for service, police arrested a female subject for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The subject was cited and released in the field.
Grand Theft from a Vehicle – 12:35 p.m. – 5200 block of Hanover – At approximately 8:20 p.m., an unknown suspect stole approximately $3700 worth of tools from a tool box in the bed of the victim’s truck. A video of the crime revealed the suspect vehicle to be a dark SUV similar to a Chevrolet Tahoe. There were no details on the suspect.

December 19, 2021

Domestic Violence – 8:39 p.m. – 5800 block of Lincoln Ave. – The female victim was punched several times in the head and neck by her boyfriend while driving eastbound on Lincoln. The vehicle stopped in front of the location, where she exited onto the sidewalk and a witness telephoned police. The victim refused to give any information on her boyfriend, fearing for her safety.
