The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for an at-risk/missing person on behalf of the Westminster Police Department.
Jean Grove was last seen on January 19, 2022, at approximately 10:30 a.m. at Canna Way and Carnation Dr. in the city of Westminster. Grove is believed to be on foot walking with a wooden cane and wearing a black shirt, black puffy jacket, and blue jeans.
She is 91 years old, 5’2″ tall, and 90 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes.
