California’s leading conservative donor organization, the Lincoln Club of Orange County, announced its endorsement of Lanhee Chen for California State Controller. Chen, a top authority on fiscal policy direction predicated on years of experience in advising and counseling roles, is the best candidate to hold Sacramento politicians accountable.

Lincoln Club of Orange County President Teresa Hernandez issued the following statement:

“Democrats have been wasteful while mismanaging Californian’s hard-earned tax dollars and throwing money at programs with zero transparency. This broken tax structure must be rethought before too many of California’s most successful employers leave for friendlier states.

With a leader like Lanhee Chen taking the reins as State Controller, California families and business-owners alike will feel much more comfortable knowing that their pocketbooks are not being solicited for yet another Sacramento spending spree.”

What’s more, after Governor Newsom let the ball drop royally with California’s EDD scandal, deserving families missed out while criminals were allowed to steal hard-earned taxpayer dollars. We need a sharp candidate like Lanhee Chen to investigate this fraud and seek justice for California taxpayers.”
