St. Isidore Historical Plaza’s next Cultural Cooking Class covers Serbia, Balkan Countries

Learn how to make savory and sweet treats with Phyllo Dough with Chef Jelica Campos. All recipes will be provided. Open to 15 students. Class will be in the Hall at St. Isidore Historical Plaza. Bring an apron and your appetite!

Class will include: cooking and/or observing preparation of the meal, the recipes and sharing a complete lunch together. During the meal you’ll be learning more about the culture from the Chef and sous-chefs.
