Amber Alert issued for two children abducted by their father in Riverside

The California Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert on behalf of the Riverside Police Department. Lilianna and Elias Acosta were abducted by their father, Frank Acostaortega, on February 26, 2023, at approximately 12:18 a.m., in Riverside, Riverside County.

Frank Acostaortega should be considered armed and dangerous. He is believed to be driving a 2014 BMW 335i with California plat 9AQR805.

Frank Acostaortega is 27 years old, 5’8″ tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Lilianna Acosta is 6 years old, 3’2″ tall, 50 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Elias Acosta is 2 years old, 2’8″ tall, 30 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
