Scott Dekraii is sentenced to eight consecutive life terms in prison with no chance of parole for shooting nine people in and around Salon Meritage in Seal Beach in 2011. One person survived. Orange County Superior Court Judge Thomas Goethals added a further seven years to life for attempted murder. It is the worst mass murder to date in the history of Orange County.
