Aquarium of the Pacific’s Five-Course Wine Pairing Dinner

The Aquarium of the Pacific and Capo Isetta are hosting a five-course wine pairing dinner on the Aquarium’s Rooftop Veranda overlooking Rainbow Harbor. Advance reservations required. Menu: Amuse bouche: honey and pistachio crusted Mission fig stuffed with ricotta cheese and mint chiffonade and Capo Isetta sparkling wine and berry welcome drink; Appetizer: wine-reduction gruyere cheese fondue served with grilled ciabatta bread with seasonal chilled grapes featuring Capo Isetta rosé; Salad: farm fresh field greens, granny smith apples, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, feta cheese and candied pistachios featuring Capo Isetta sauvignon blanc; Main: Pecan-crusted roasted salmon with a wine-reduced maple beurre blanc, wild rice pilaf, roasted asparagus and delicata squash featuring Capo Isetta chardonnay; Dessert: chocolate bread pudding with Amarena Fabbri wild cherries with a wine crème anglaise featuring Capa Isetta cabernet sauvignon.

Cost: $98 per person / $78 per Aquarium member
