The City’s Re:Imagine Garden Grove Open Streets event returns on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This year, attendees can walk, bike, skate, scooter, or ride a 2.2-mile, car-free route from Brookhurst Street to Nelson Street and 8th Street. A number of activities are being planned for the free event.
Some of the new attractions this year include activities along the newly-dedicated Medal of Honor Bike and Pedestrian Trail, Lucha Libre entertainment, and Ferris wheel. The 2.2-mile route will also feature live music, food trucks, and free surrey bike rentals.
