The City of Garden Grove commemorated and unveiled a bust of community contributor, Jack Wallin, at Atlantis Play Center on March 26. Wallin was co-founder of the Garden Grove Strawberry Festival Association, served as the City’s first Park Superintendent, and designed both Kiwanisland and Atlantis Play Center.
